Mark F. Vitou is of counsel with Boss & Vitou Co., L.P.A. Mark focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death and insurance litigation. He has successfully represented his clients and their families in such matters for over 30 years in northwest Ohio’s State and Federal courts. Admitted to practice in the State of Ohio and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, he is an active member of the Ohio, Lucas County and Toledo Bar Associations, and the Ohio Association for Justice.
Mark received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowling Green State University in 1974; and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1979. In the years since, he has taught courses in personal injury law and court procedure at the University of Toledo, and lectured on civil litigation practice for the National Business Institute.
