Charles M. Boss is a partner in the Maumee, Ohio law firm of Boss & Vitou Co., L.P.A. Chuck has been an attorney for more than 30 years and focuses his practice on litigation matters including personal injury, wrongful death, business litigation, and criminal defense. Chuck is admitted to the bar in Ohio; U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio; the U.S. Tax Court; and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. He is a member of the Toledo, Wood County, Ohio State and Federal Bar Associations, as well as the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Ohio Association for Justice.
Chuck earned a B.S. degree from Bowling Green State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Toledo School of Law. Chuck has had a wide range of experience in high profile civil and criminal litigation.
